Das kann man ja am Kurs der Aktie sehen.
Lasst nur die Hände von sowas! Das führt zum Totalverlust. In den nächsten 2 Wochen wird euch dann die Aktie als "ausgebucht" aus dem Depot genommen. |

Greater Sooner Holdings, Inc. (GSNH) is an investment holding company. Current investments include acquisition and development of assets in domestic oil and natural gas exploration and production as well as occasional non-oil and gas investments. Greater Sooner is a registered Operator with the Texas Railroad Commission.
Greater Sooner Holdings, Inc. is a corporation registered in the State of Nevada and was formed in October, 2005 with a recapitalization and change in name from predecessor company Berkshire Asset Management. Berkshire Asset Management was formerly Petshealth, Inc. until December, 2001 when its State of Incorporation was changed from Florida to Nevada . Prior to that date, the company operated as SBS Ventures Corp until August 1998.

Operating Areas in South Texas
Live Oak County
On June 30, 2006 , the Company closed on the acquisition of the Clayton Field in Live Oak County, near the town of George West in South Texas . The intent of this acquisition was to acquire previously produced wells in need of workover and apply invested capital to the re-work and further development of 21 oil and gas wells and one salt water disposal well in the field. To date, leaseholds have been transferred to Greater Sooner and workover operations are in process. Former Operator Ken ne Exploration has been contracted to provide operational execution of the field with its existing subcontractors and service providers.
Webb County
The Company has purchased a 6.53% Working Interest in a sidetrack well located in Webb County south of Mirando City in South Texas . This asset is operated by Carburante Energy, a highly successful and experienced Operator in South Texas . The drilling rig has been contracted and will be provided by Patterson UTI and is nearby completing another job. Drilling of this sidetrack well is expected to commence in early September, 2006. The Company expects a successful natural gas well when the job is completed.
Non Oil and Gas Investments
Innovative Beverage Group (IBVG)
Occasionally, the Company will invest in short term, high return opportunities. Innovative Beverage Group represents such an opportunity. This specialty beverage distributor is located in Houston , Texas and has unique contracting arrangements with several national brands. The investment will aid in the short term growth of IBVG. |

Ja ja...... ich habe bisher zweimal nachgekauft... Gott sei Dank liegt mein Break-Even bei 0,20 EUR...... viel Wirbel um nichts - wie immer.... Wenn man Glück hat sehen wir nochmal einen Aufschwung bis an die 0,60 EUR - aber ein gutes Langfrist-Investment sieht wohl anders aus... :-)
