Hey everyone! I’ve been hearing a lot about virtual tours being used in architecture to showcase designs, and I’m thinking of trying it out for one of my upcoming projects. How exactly do virtual tours help in presenting designs to clients or investors? Do they actually add value, or are they just a cool gimmick? I’d love to know if anyone’s had success using them and what features make them most effective! |

I’ve worked with Genense https://www.genense.com/ , who specialize in 3d architectural visualization rendering, and they create virtual tours that are seriously next level. For one project, they built an interactive walkthrough of a luxury home that allowed the client to explore every room and even adjust the time of day to see how natural light would play throughout the space. The real value is in how immersive and detailed these tours can get—it’s like giving your client a real feel for the place before it’s even built. It’s not just a gimmick; it helps speed up decision-making and makes it easier to sell the vision. Definitely worth trying out! |
